"walking distance to elementary and middle schools near corner market, and churches, great access to 405, Long Beach airport Costco's, Trader Joe's, car dealerships, Target, Marshalls, Parks public tennis courts Virginia country club. Lots of people walking their dogs at night, best for parents-to-be with children in the evening as well to be safe anywhere."
