Venturing beyond the residences, Boerne Ridge Estate reveals a canvas of natural beauty, adorned with sought-after Red Oak and Madrone Trees indigenous to the Texas Hill Country. The property provides a rare opportunity to craft a 1.5 acre lake, a serene haven for year-round fishing or fall dove hunting. "Safe. Family friendly. Great schools. Scenic. Quiet. Peaceful. Friendly. Does lack diversity of cultures though but I hope that changes now that more people are moving to Boerne. Traffic on I-10 is difficult most days but the frontage and back roads are always good alternatives. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for ten years. It's very friendly with a few annual events, including a Halloween potluck + a trick-or-treating hayride for the kids, and a big Christmas party/potluck for the adults. The 1.5 mile cul-de-sac is hilly and curvy and quite scenic. You can hand-feed the deer from your car in some areas. You can do a safe but challenging 5-mile run by doing the entire road plus all the side streets."
