Mainly it's the teachers who should have retired ages ago but "choose to stay" One teacher in particular was hanious to her students, Suzanne Colgren. "No one calls the cops unnecessarily and speaks to each other first if there are problems. We also have free movie nights and lots of dog barking going on to add to the serene peacefulness of the neighborhood. "
