Description
One of a kind, beachfront compound in the center of Provincetown with three separate and distinctively designed homes. The property is an in-town oasis which you'll quickly feel as you leave the activity of Commercial Street and pass beneath a gated arbor, across a stone walkway and take in the lush and mature landscaping. The 3 residences invite you to enjoy the sand and the sea as they provide a total of 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, 4 fireplaces, 3 washer/dryers, hardwood flooring, central heat/ac, a generous amount of outdoor living space, dry sauna, and 2 outdoor showers - and of course, postcard views of the harbor and Bay. Built in 2003, 2 of the residences were constructed from ground- up (one is waterfront), and the 3rd was a renovation of an existing historic structure. Residence One, the first home as you enter the compound, has a Cape Cod design, inside and out. The home has an open plan on the 1st floor with exposed beams, fireplace, and generous sized kitchen. The living and dining area has classic built-ins (hutch and storage seating bench) and French doors to an expansive deck, not to mention a direct pathway to your beachfront. There are 3 bedrooms .... on the 2nd level with a tiled bathroom for guests and an ensuite for the primary. From the primary take stairs to a rooftop deck and enjoy your stunning views of the Bay, Provincetown Monument and town rooftops. Residence Two is a stunning multi-level, 1 bedroom home accented with fir wood throughout providing warmth and comfort year-round. The main level is open, with fireplace, and kitchen, all opening to a large deck, providing a wonderful indoor/outdoor living experience. One level up is the primary bedroom with cathedral ceilings, built-ins, and an en suite with shower/tub and washer/dryer. Residence Three is beachfront, and contemporary designed with all you'd expect when living on the water. The home provides you with a tempting sandy beach, along with picturesque views of the Bay and the boats going in an out of the harbor. The views begin on the 1st level, which is anchored by walls of glass leading to a wraparound deck. The living area is open, multi-functional and currently used for living, dining, and theater viewing. There is a guest bath on this level, a wood-burning fireplace, and a kitchen recently renovated in a European design, with plenty of counterspace and a breakfast peninsula. On the 2nd level is a generous sized guestroom, and the primary en suite. The primary bedroom is spacious and faces the harbor. From the large windows you'll enjoy views throughout the day, or enjoy them from your large private deck. The primary also features a propane fueled fireplace, cathedral ceiling and a spa-like en suite with whirlpool soaking tub, double vanity, steam shower, water closet and dressing room. Come experience the ultimate in beachfront living at this amazing, one-of-kind property. With attention to every detail, the compound at 351A Commercial Street provides the best of everything for you and your guests to enjoy. Investment conversions are also possible.
