"I do not commute on a regular basis to work, but most services are 16 miles away. Most all jobs are out of area... but if you don’t mind driving to PHX and are not raising children... it’s not bad"

"Don’t plan on staying long due to work else where. If you like wildlife and hiking or even 4X4 this is a great area for that. Also the quail hunting is pretty good as well as the rabbits they are everywhere. It’s just to far away from many city things that we like to do. "
