"For the past 3 years I've lived in the part of Holly Grove north of Airline and east of Old Metairie. It's a lovely, quiet neighborhood with a diverse population. Not everyone has kids, but those of us who do feel comfortable with them playing outside until dark and visiting each others' houses. "
