We can accommodate large groups - enough beds for everyone. Upstairs bedrooms have: 2 bunkbeds plus 1 full bed in one and 2 full beds in the other, huge bedroom downstairs with 1 California king size bed and a queen bed with a memory foam or traditional mattress (both be used simultaneously for overflow bedding), a ton of closet space, huge dresser and a 55" 4K TV - all in master suite.

Living room has a queen size pull-out sofa and a twin size futon. Extra beds per request. Dining table for 6 and a full kitchen with a fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, dinnerware, cookware, etc. 2 HDTVs, Internet, 2 decks, 2 fireplaces, etc.

We are located next to Tahoe Village pool and spa (access is complimentary with your stay)

Walking distance to a restaurant, which is next to convenience store and equipment rental

Minutes from Casinos - regular shuttle service casinos to doorsteps and back - no need to drive at all!

We're up high on the mountain ridge at the top of the Kingsbury Grade (Daggett Summit) at 7500ft elevation in Tahoe Village so nature and the views to die for are all around

Owner pays all utilities, except gas and electric bill, which is paid by the tenants
