"Close to everything I need, great view of downtown but far enough away to be out of the urban riff raff. One of the best neighborhoods Dayton has to offer in my opinion. Very quite and mostly good people in this area."

"Traffic doesn’t care about speed or stop signs. It’s not quiet. People walk up on your porch and steal things, cars are constantly ransacked. "
