Safe, quiet neighborhood, commuting can be rough going into ATL, exit 9 gets packed at any time of the day. It is ATL, so that’s not expected. But you can avoid other traffic by not living right near the mall."

Lanier Islands beach and waterpark is the biggest draw on the lake. "
