"I live 10 miles from the freeway! Then it’s right there...Cottonwood! Go north on freeway and there’s Anderson, next, Redding. Go south and it takes you to Red Bluff! You have to drive a little! But traffic isn’t too bad!"

"We have the cottonwood rodeo. it's very fun but needs better seating or your sitting in the sun, but it's a great experience and awesome for families and friends to attend. "

"I just moved here 5 days ago, and do not know anyone except one immediate neighbor. I have been told there are an older neighbor household across the street but I have not been here long enough to meet them. The neighborhood is small and very quiet so far, some are seniors (over 55) and others are working class. Thanks Trulia, wish me Blessings in my new home! You have always been ‘Tops’ in my book😊."
