"Public transportation is spotty. You definitely need a car to get around. You could probably walk to grocery and convenience stores but it would be a little inconvenient since not every block has sidewalks"

"Very quiet neighborhood, well maintained, nice cars. People stay to themselves but are also neighborly. Can hear birds and insects through open windows. Kids play, dogs walk, almost every store or other public need is nearby. Great schools and still affordable rent. Low crime. "
