"This is a very safe and secure facility with coded main entry and coded unit entry. There is a park with walking, amazing bike trail, and you can ride to the Back Bay or to the Ocean front. Being located on the Bay is perfect for parents and grandparents, as the waves are pleasant. Just a lot of fun things to do."

"Walk to the beach or take a bike to the wonderful nearby state park. The bay is beautiful at sunsets and calmer than the ocean, so a great choice for smaller children. The water is much clearer than you would expect this far north on the East Coast. Fishing is great here. There are numerous restaurants within a few mile radius."
