It’s very clean and growing fast. Safe and quiet out here. "This neighborhood is definitely dog-friendly. There is little traffic so easier to walk the dogs. Only downside is that with so many Lakes/ponds you need to watch out for the occasional alligator to protect your dog(s) but that is the case in all of FL. "

"Dog-friendly neighborhood. You often see people walking their dogs. It is a good way to meet people!. There are a few dog parks at the local County park in Land O’ Lakes and in various communities. Centrally located: Easy access South to Tampa, West to New Port Richey, East to Dade City, and North to Brooksville. Only 45-minutes from TampaInternational Airport. Four shopping malls in the County. Numerous restaurants. "
