"I have lived here for over 6 months. Crime is still high even with a high police presence. People walk their dogs ALL the time (not always picking up the dodo). The old houses in this area are charming but I wouldn’t recommend permanent residence."

"I wish I felt safer walking at night than I do. As long as you stick to the (good) neighborhood streets you’ll be fine though. "

"do not move into the Bainbridge, Linda Vista or Georgian Court apartments. they are poorly managed and not safe to live in. "

"The neighbors are excellent. This block is fantastic, lots of kids. We all know each other and share meals. Our kids are on the street playing together. This is a great opportunity to become a part of a thriving, close knit street."
