"I have lived here for 10 plus years. Most of my neighbors have as well. Friendly people , we all k ow Each other on a first name basis. Highschool on the next block, love when they have band practice. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping and walking distance to Elementary School. Safe neighborhood. Real close to the parks and college. It's the perfect location. You don't have to leave your home to see fireworks. I could go on......"
