5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageStaff does not paying attention to children, they are unattended often which is leading to a lot of bullying. The substitute librarian uses very inappropriate speech, as well as the janitor. Previous years have not been a problem.Parent Review2mo ago - Milan High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMilan High School provides MANY opportunities for a small/medium size school; AP classes, vocational, early college alliance, intro to engineering, CAD, music, art, drama, foreign languages, athletics, etc. Teachers and counselors help prepare kids for future (kids may have to ask for specific assistance since minds can't be read). Class sizes are small and teachers will assist after class. Communication from school district is often and in many forms. Safety is taken very seriously. The school does not outsource transportation, meals, etc. Great supportive community as well. Many young families, groups, businesses that want to see our kids, the school, and the city thrive and grow. You will always have some negative nay-sayers in any community, but our experience has been very positive.Parent Review2mo ago - Paddock Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt is a shame a school can be scored less because of one review. I am a teacher in a nearby city and Milan school system is filled with truly caring people. Sometimes you have to communicate what you need.Other Review6mo ago - Check out schools near 319 Spink Ave #3.

"I love the quietness & country feeling. I appreciate that I can see the stars in the sky, unlike the more urban places I've lived before."

"Since moving here, I've been impressed with the sense of community. This is a clean city, filled with nice, down-to-earth people. We like our neighbors. We walk to the two nearby parks and enjoy the library. The Saline River and Ford lake are beautiful. They have a Christmas parade with Santa Claus, Milan Days, city fireworks, a few good restaurants and some useful stores. We do go to Ann Arbor for some of our shopping and entertainment. We enjoy getting away from the business and coming back to the quiet of Milan afterwards, however."
