7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a former student of this school that is in 7th grade who used to go to this school and let me just say this school was okay. I felt dissatisfied with the kids at the school. And the higher the grade goes the more problematic people u meet. So when I first started I thought it was gonna be bad but turns out I ended up staying and made a friend. This school helps with autistic people and I heard they have two classes that help special-needs people and even helps with severe autism. However, I wouldn’t recommend the school to autistic people as it’s very stressful I think? because I used to see autistic people getting upset at the school and crying. But it is anyone’s choice if they want to go to the school:) the reason why I give this place 2 stars is because they do offer slushy‘s and snacks for dollars every other week and that is what I love about this school and school dances + the lunch options are SUPER yummy. You get lots of food to choose from. But the school is very hard especially if you don’t like fights. The kids are very disrespectful and I have even seen someone getting beat up at lunch and screaming. I would not recommend this school if you do not like fights, but if you want to be involved in drama, I would recommend the school for you. The classrooms have up to 30 kids and the teachers are more nicer than the troublemakers. They try to brighten your day and actually care about you. The worst grade of all is 8th grade. I do not recommend it. The school has up to 1000 kids and most of the people are dramatic. If you tell a teacher about it, they will just say they are just playing around or they are having fun. However they will only take it seriously if they are hurting u. This school also has security cameras, which is good. I ended up going to a new school for seventh grade and I love it now. 2 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend if you want to stay out of drama because only the girls are nice.Student Review2mo ago - Susan La Vorgna Elementary School

"its so quiet here. a dog bark echoes thru the hood. outside dogs aren't much appreciated. also in our neighborhood there's how. the rules are harsh, members always have negative to say about us. we almost got fined for oil on the driveway. drips. Be aware off how associations in these neighborhood."

"ive lived here for 4 years. it has gotten worse every year. the traffic is getting unbarable, it takes 45 minutes to get to the 15 freeway that is only 7 miles from house. 20 minutes to 215 freeway that is only 3 miles away. theres always a traffic jam no matter which way you are traveling regardless of time. 15 minutes or more to grocery store 1.5 miles from house. taxes....through the roof. they have renamed melloruse as special assessments. and on too of that the fire department and police department send their own bill. HOA....dont be fooled by cheap hoa dues, they can and will go up. also, just because thwy are cheap dues doesnt mean they wont send you letters for silly stuff like holiday decor or weeds, or a trashcan left out 10 minutes too long. if tranquillity is what you are seeking try somewhere else. if overpriced tickitacki houses and suburban hustle is your style, you will fit right in."

"Winchester is in the Temecula school district which is a plus! It’s a bit more secluded than I would like but they are fast building more and more housing communities so businesses are sure to gravitate towards the area! If you want an up and coming city near Temecula that is not already full and done developing this is the place for you!"
