"I've lived in this area for 10 years. Very safe, clean, friendly, quiet, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Excellent schools, kids can walk to school safely, great sidewalks. Easy access to 1-70 and can be in Downtown Denver in 30 minutes or in an hour at Winter Park skiing. Best of all worlds, small town, yet big city close by and tons of outdoor recreation!"
