Description

These are the panoramic, ridgetop views you dream of for under a million dollars! This gorgeous, contemporary home in the Tesuque area offers continuous views from every room. Polished concrete radiant floors, mini splits, a wood burning stove and solar panels provide perfect comfort on your ridgetop as you live, work and entertain in harmony with nature. The shaded portals set the scene for intimate dinner parties under the everchanging sky, while the sun drenched deck offers a serene spot for dawn and sunset yoga sessions. The yard has been seeded with wildflower seeds and with proper cultivation can burst into a lush green lawn. The property has an invisible fence to keep furry family members near. Excellent design flow with a separate but quite expansive feeling office, smartly designed indoor storage and a modern aesthetic outdoor storage shed make day to day living practical and easy. As serene and blissful as this home is, you won't be isolated here on your ridgetop oasis! Tesuque Village Market, El Nido and the Four Seasons Encantado Resort, with its fabulous restaurant and bar, are no more than a quick ten-minute drive, while the Santa Fe Plaza lies a short drive beyond. Chupadero is known for its embracing community, a mix of the old and the new. Also available are Santa Fe County-approved architectural plans for a casita/A.D.U. designed in the same style as the house with its own portal and panoramic views.
