"This Neighborhood has seen it's ups and it's downs. What it really needs are neighbors who look out for each other. It needs good people. I have owned this house since 2003 and have seen many people come and go. But those who remain have seen several improvements. The neighbors got a Sign built for the community, they got the City to approve the Kids water playground, and are looking to expand it. "
