Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
Rare opportunity to live in a large 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium in the original home of Dean West, moved to its current location by a team of horses in the last century. This building has many long term tenants so the opportunity to live in this unit is rare -- last on the market in 2007.

On offer is a two bedroom, two bathroom duplex condominium off the grand staircase of the home. The condominium has wonderful light, 10 foot ceilings and lots of interesting architectural detail.

Enter into a lovely living room with a beautiful fire place and large windows.
Off to the right is a spacious kitchen. Included in the kitchen are all the standard appliances and excellent light. To left is a oversized bedroom with an entire wall of windows for maximum light. Combining the floor space with the high ceilings provides a wonderful feeling of luxury. Also on this level is a bathroom with washer/dryer.

A spiral staircase leads to the very private and spacious upper level with an expansive bathroom and the second bedroom.

Owner pays heat and hot water. Off street parking for two cars included. Pets are considered for an additional fee and certain rules. Tenant pays renters insurance, electricity, cable, internet.

"To get to bus station is a long , over populated area and the majority of people walk but a lot of cars in a very over populated and mixture of all kinds of people. Some very nice, and some very rude and feel they own the streets! I really hate Princeton and don’t recommend it. To get to train station is now a drive and to The Dinky is a longer walk than bus stop. And everything costs money, they built decks to make money and they also make you get permits to park. I was blessed enough to have a driveway where I was, but all in all: I rate it a good=25 & bad=75%-NOT VERY GOOD! Must rate Police & EMT IS A GOOD-100% -very fair and also courts are fair majority of time"
