"Hit or miss whether or not neighbors are welcoming or dogs being walked in the neighborhood. Also have to watch out for not friendly, loose dogs that roam around without their owners. "

"I see people walking their dogs and some clean behind the dog other don't. some use dog fecies for spiritural gratifacation to insult people health. some throw trash in parking area and then run over top of it after pulling off .from parking. Childern are being unload on side of the car as traffic pose a theft to very young childern. strapped in inside safety seats. "
