I have been very pleased with the education they received at FHS. Every parent I personally know has been very pleased with FHS too.Parent Review5y ago - McKinley Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child went from being most improved overall at his old school to falling off his IEP and at a fast rate. Not only that but the bullying they have gone through is absolutely ridiculous, no accountability by principals and teachers. My daughter has had her lip busted open 2 times been shoved to the ground bloodying up her knee on the bus, punched in the face and he brother has had his long hair pulled and made fun of as well as his stuff stolen. Today my child comes homes, she is native and has in several spots 6 inches of hair cutting by white kids from her class. No call from principal vice principal teacher, no emails, no letter, absolutely nothing is done. Hair is sacred to us and the schools lack of accountability is appealing and disgusting and I cannot take it anymore. It is only sep. 21,2023 both of my kids hate this school have dealt with extreme levels of bullying and are afraid to go back to school. The worst school I have ever encountered and this is just to start on the issues I have had with them.Parent Review7mo ago - Tibbetts Middle School

"I have lived here just since January. I moved from Valif to be closer to my sis in Durango. I cannot afford living there. I love walking downtown with my little dog. I'm disappointed that there are no outdoor to go type places. I also have been concerned regarding alcohol and drug abuse in the are. people in shops are friendly and people I have met in stores. Teddy attracts most. I have met one person I would call a friend. I broke my wrist and I had meals on wheels for a short time. he has helped me a lot."

"I live in a partial business area. it's close to old downtown is the only advantage here. I have only lived here since January. I will be looking to move. since I am just one person plus pets I would prefer living somewhat in the country. "
