"Peaceful and quiet, friendly place to live , very affordable. It’s a great place to raise kids! It’s a nice combination of young people along with retirees. Our neighbors are very friendly! The wildlife in our area is amazing! Nature is at its finest here! How often can you see a bear, a fox, bunnies, multiple deer and baby skunks along with wild turkeys in one day?"

"5 minutes to town! We live in a mobile home park 5 miles north of town. It’s quiet with lots of wildlife to keep us company! Very affordable living, with a reasonable lot rent fee. The grounds are kept by the owners of the park in a very accommodating manner!"
