5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love this school and staff. My son needed assistance for his learning and he got everything he needed and then some! The staff cares about these kids. Its the kids that have to put more effort into their learning and education in many cases. We moved here 6 years ago from NH and my son started the middle school. Almost immediately meetings were set in place for my sons needs. We were welcomed and treated like family. My son really enjoyed and looked forward to going to school everyday. When it came down to the little issue of him dealing with a bully, I went to the school in person, sat down with the principle and some of the staff, it was immediately taken care of, my son didnt have anymore issues for the rest of the time in middle school. Now onto the high school, my son loves and looks forward to going everyday. He thinks his teachers are great, and again, the staff team has come together to make sure my son has everything he needs to succeed with his education. The staff is wonderful!! As the parent when it comes to my kids, I make sure they are getting what they need for their education. Im not just calling on a phone or emailing, I go in person, sit down, sometimes with my son, to keep up with everything. The staff do their best to take care of the kids and to ensure their education is a given, in many cases the kids dont work with the teachers, and in some cases, neither do the parents. My son is now in his last year, and he has already said, come June, he is going to miss his teachers and the school lol..before moving here he never made those comments. I would recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a great education for your child or children and looking for a great school with a staff that really cares..Parent Review3y ago - Rockingham County Middle

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLincoln Elementary is a wonderful school. Their teachers are well trained and attend regular meetings and workshops to improve their skills. They are very in touch with the childrens needs in the community. They have many programs to offer help and support for students and their families. However I feel there are some areas that need improving. Parent/ Teacher involvement is one area. Teachers at Lincoln need for parents to be actively involved in their childs education. Lincolns staff is very friendly and supportive to it's students as well as thier families. They offer family events every year in which parents can participate in activities with their children. They take their role as educators very seriously. However I feel they spend a little too much time in meetings. Lincoln offers afterschool care as well as remediational tutoring to it's students if needed. Linda Bass is a wonderful principal who takes her role to a new level. She reaches out to students and families to let them know they are not alone. I currently have 2 children enrolled at this school and look forward to each new year.Parent Review12y ago - Rockingham County Early College Hi
