4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall, my child has been very happy since she moved from bak middle school. Bak is a great school but has a lot of pressure on my child. On the other hand, connistonhas been a very good school for my daughter and she has made so many friends! Really would recommend this school for your childrenParent Review1y ago - Forest Hill Community High School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI noticed that there were no recent reviews of the school, so I decided I would add one. I am a Forest Hill alumni from the class of 2020. There are very few reasons why someone would actually want to go here. One bright spot in my experience was the environmental science academy. The teachers genuinely cared about what they taught and helped to prepare me for college. There were definitely outstanding teachers (like Mr. McCall and Ms. Skowron), but they are few and far between. The school is extremely overcrowded (30 students to a class at the very minimum), which meant working one-on-one with teachers was virtually impossible. The guidance counselors were generally well-meaning, but unfortunately had too many kids to know what to do with them. As some have previously mentioned, there is a great deal of favoritism towards the football team and JROTC, with little attention and funding going towards other sports, arts, and clubs. The leadership is essentially nonexistent and have no idea how to deal with students other than yelling at them and giving them lunch detentions. There was also rampant bullying that was never properly dealt with. Faculty was supposedly going to investigate rampant bullying in the band program, which (shocker!) never happened. The bullying became so bad that many members quit. I have heard similar stories across other clubs and sports. The school was poorly maintained, with over half of the bathrooms being nonfunctional throughout my four years and several lacking stall doors. The amount of issues myself and others had to deal with were not worth the AP/IB/AICE/ honors programs, which are for the most part subpar. The only thing Forest Hill is good at is fostering a culture of indifference. At least the cafeteria food was good.Other Review2y ago - Meadow Park Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI will never recommend this school . Both of my grandsons were bullied in that school. One was in 5 grade and now my fourth grader. The teacher told him not to tell us about the bullying. But it never stopped. He was called name and thrown papers at his face with pictures with ugly things on his face. It started in October. You know that kids take their life. My daughter try to get an emergency meeting with the principal and nothing yet. So I pick my grandson up at the school when the door opentfir his class to be let out , the gym teacher has a problem by telling me I’m not allowed. I want to make sure my grandson is not being bullied. He was in the fifth grade level and went down on his grades. I’m so upset . I’m done with that school and I called the school board and you know what was the answer they gave me call 911. Is so frustrating. Imagine the kids that come to tell the teacher and she doesn’t handle it .Parent Review2mo ago - Village Academy On The Art & Sara Jo Kobacker Campus

"A manageable, safe, organized, non crowded, clean, modern - downtown setting. There are countless restaurants to please every palate. There are events for every lifestyle wanted and against what people may think - West Palm Beach is very affordable. There are very pricy, ritzy areas but they don't constitute the entire city. Great place to call home! "
