"Living here for the last 6 years going on 7. The neighborhood has changed tremendously and is definitely going to be a very desirable neighborhood in a few years. Only issue is the homeless population but they do not trouble anyone. I like it cause its close to major highways and lots of other services."

"This area is just plain horrible. In this particular community, within two weeks were three robberies. There are decent folk trying to maintain their homes and low lives keep breaking into people's homes. The townhouse in which I lived got broken into three times even with a security system. My neighbor got broken into 2 and two other houses got broken into. I wish realtors' would be upfront about those listings and save decent folks from loss and heartache."
