"I moved nearby 24 years ago and loving it....very quite place neighbors keep to themselves which does not bother us at all. Close to major freeway, Downtown Dallas approx 21 miles Denton 22 miles and DFW Airport 16 miles. Have had no issues so far of any negative kind, great city recreational center nearby and great school."

"CFBISD is great to raise children. You’ll fed through Rainwater ES, Blalack MS & Creekview HS. I sent my children to all three. The Blue Trail is a great trail to ride bikes, run or walk by creeks. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. "

"Everyone keeps to themselves. No sense of community whatsoever. Nobody knows their neighbors. Lots of Asian food around but not much else. Don’t move here! Too close to Bush. You CAN hear all the noise from freeway. Don’t be fooled. "
