2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCan’t help but notice that all these good reviews are from 2014. I too had great things to say about this school in 2014. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill DRAMATICALLY since then. Unfortunately, Skyline is not what it once was and, as a result, the academics suffered greatly.Parent Review2y ago - Dickinson (John) High School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHad three kids graduate JDHS. All got a great start into college. One went to UD, one to Goldey-Beacom, one to Naval Academy in Annapolis. Great athletic programs. Teachers that care. IB program getting better every year.Parent Review6mo ago - Linden Hill Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy kid came home and told me he killed a cockroach today in the hallway by the bathroom. He told me his teacher said too bad theres nothing they can do about it. He’s in 2nd grade. I do like the support from a learning prospective, but he really thinks his teacher is really mean this year. He liked the teachers in K and 1st grade. He peed his pants in the beginning of 2nd grade because of a 3-a-day bathroom restriction by his teacher, he thought he couldn't use the bathroom anymore so he ended up peeing his pants which was shocking to me because that never happens to him. He also tells me he was denied the nurse. I remember I had to cry and fight my teacher once for my right to go to the nurse and bathroom as well when I went to linden hill. I felt some of the teachers and staff were uncaring and rude to me when I attended this elementary school. He's going to a whole different school district next year thankfully. I feel like they push students too hard. Stand up and look out for your child's needs if they go here. Good luck.Parent Review1mo ago - Check out schools near 28 Saddle Ridge Ct.

"We do a lot of can drives this time of year for the needy families. Around Christmas we take a collection at the school for non-perishable foods and any toys that can afford to be donated to help give needy the families Christmas dinner and their children a gift under the tree. Just because the family feel down on their luck, children shouldn’t be robbed of the magic of Christmas. "

"The neighborhood is friendly. There is no public transportation in the area and the main is used at a short cut. The main road is pretty busy and no mechanism to slow down traffic. People speed up and down the road. "

"If dogs are not on leashes they would not like that. Also if they’re dog is not properly cared for such as vaccines and treatments. Community would have to feel safe around neighborhood pets."

"I've lived on this block for almost 6 years now. For the most part, it is a quiet block with older residents who are retired, a few younger couples that work and maintain our respectable area. Traffic tends to be challenging due to its relative location in downtown Wilmington, however this is minor compared to the conditions of some areas within a half of a square mile. Neighbors are friendly and we look out for each other."
