"It is a block from all schools and churches. The neighbors are mostly friendly and the homes are charming. It’s 3 blocks to the library and one block to the event center. City and government buildings are within walking distance. It is dog friendly, kid friendly, with a field and playground across the street. "

"Nothing is really unique about any neighborhood in hibbing. Full of drugs and nasty people. The city rarely plows the roads too. So dumb. The only neighborhood remotely close to unique is Pill Hill. "
