Fully updated 2/2 property in the heart of NW Gainesville with impeccable taste! Kitchen has been fully remodeled with granite counters and an undermounted sink, new backsplash and cabinets that go all the way to the ceiling, stainless appliances, and pantry with a new barn door. Upgraded wood-look tile in common areas as well as new paint throughout. The kitchen bar area has been opened up and now looks out to vaulted ceilings in the living/dining room. The soaring ceilings bring in natural light and give the home an open feel. The living room leads outside to the backyard and porch area. Tastefully designed with high end finishes, including plantation shutters on all the windows, new baseboards, and new light fixtures throughout. The bathrooms are also fully remodeled with updated tile showers and glass doors, granite counter vanities with undermounted sinks, new fixtures, mirrors and tile flooring. The master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet with lots of shelves. HVAC system is brand new as of just a few months ago. Unlike many units in Pebble Creek Villas, this floorplan features no steps inside the unit so it is a breeze to get around. This unit is also less than a block away from the community pool and clubhouse! Lastly, almost all of the furniture is negotiable too!

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAbsolutley nuts! Basically when i went to go pick up my kid they told me that i had to wait 3 hours before its pick up time! It was an urgent family emergency and i had to pick him up right away. So i walked to the classroom and grabbed my kid myself!Parent Review1y ago - Westwood Middle School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers are nice and respectful in my experience. The students, however, are not the most respectful. There are many fights. Like, a lot of fights. Students also have a problem with recording or photographing other students without permission. The people at the front office, as of the time I am writing this, are not very respectful. They refuse to use student's proper names, even when parents and said student ask them too. The teachers are good about it though.Student Review1y ago - F. W. Buchholz High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSome teachers here don't really care about there students and don't engage, overall the staff seems to have good intentions as heart, but I wouldn't recommend this school.Student Review6mo ago - Check out schools near 2727 NW 39th Dr.
