"It’s very far to ANYTHING. Only senior side of the community has golf course with clubhouse restaurant. Otherwise the only business of any kind out here is a gas station that is very much overpriced "

"Most owners seem to have dogs. So normal amounts of barking is tolerated, plenty of good dog walking spaces around the neighborhood, and fairly friendly people."

"everyone is so nice and eager to get to know you. This community has a lot to offer and has many interesting clubs that you can join. We have a beautiful pool, golf course and nice restaurant that is open seven days a week. "
