"Chapman is a great community to live in and only a quick and easy commute to Ft Riley of 20 min. People still leave their doors unlocked and kids can walk the town to the park and pool safely. The schools are safe and teachers great. This community gives you the feel of living in a private gated community of a larger city. Close enough to drive to Junction City, Manhattan, Salina, Topeka for shopping and dining."
