"Great area to live in. Has it’s problems like most parts of town but not a problem area like a few. Having the park developed five years ago or so has given kids and families more to do outdoors. I look forward to the total parks completion."

"It's not the safest place but its not the scariest place either. We've lived here for 5 years. Depends on the street you live on, not the entire neighborhood as a whole."
