Description

OPEN HOUSE- SATURDAY March 30th 2pm-4pm! If you LOVE the unique architecture & classic charm of the HOMES in OKC’s historic neighborhoods, this one is for you! Perfectly located in the vibrant Cleveland District, this charming Colonial style home will steal your heart at first sight! In 2021, new cement board siding & designer paint gave the exterior a refreshing facelift. As soon as you enter the front door, your eyes will be dawn to the black rod iron curved staircase in the main living room. Downstairs is the big living, formal dining (check that vintage glass light fixture!) & kitchen w/granite countertops, NEW RANGE, stainless steel dishwasher & a window looking over the BIG BACKYARD from the kitchen sink. Also in the kitchen is a big pantry, a breakfast area & the perfect guest bath. Through the glass door off the formal dining step down into the BONUS ROOM! With tiled floors & beadboard walls, this is great flex space that you can use as you choose! Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. The primary bedroom is VERY large and has 2 closet with the original glass door knobs! Both spacious secondary bedrooms have ceiling fans and great natural light from big windows. All bedrooms have BRAND NEW CARPET! But wait…there is more! The original white oak wood floors that you see in the upstairs hallway are hiding beneath the carpet upstairs and vinyl flooring downstairs just waiting to be brought back to life. While you are upstairs, take a moment to admire the classic built-in bookcase and lighted desk. It is precious. This home has a TON of windows and they have all been replaced! The downstairs HVAC IS BRAND NEW and the upstairs system was replaced in 2017 when it was relocated to the attic with blown insulation added. And since the entire interior of this home was just PROFESSIONALLY PAINTED in a soothing neutral color, it’s ready to go! Looking for “classic and unique but with lots of updates already taken care of” …you have found it!

You’re close to Classen which gives you access to most all the districts in Oklahoma City quite easily. Definitely saw the song less than desirable areas but seems to be improving."
