3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child has some sensory issues and this school offers NOTHING for children who need simulation and have disabilities. They label the child as "trouble" and push them aside. The school district will also be quick to try and tell you your child has ADHD and tell you to put them on medication. My child was only in first grade and was being bullied for being "different" than the other children and it was handled VERY POORLY! I was told that it would be taken care of and it continued throughout the entire school year making it extremely difficult for my child to even want to attend school anymore. Everyday he would scream and cry. He was having his lunch money taken from him, his food, and being touched inappropriately by another child and I was told because it didn't happen in the classroom there wasn't anything that they could do. It was a relief for the school year to end but sadly as the school year is now starting back up they put my child back into the same classroom with this kid. When I brought it to the attention of his new teacher I was told the same thing all over again, "they'll be separated so they are not together". It didn't work last year so how will it work this year? Whatever happened to ZERO TOLERANCE!!!!??? And please stop putting labels on the children who might need the little extra stimulation and who may fidget with anxiety or other quirks. Stop putting them front and center in the classroom as if they are "bad" or in timeout when they are doing things that can not be helped.Parent Review6y ago - Niagara Falls High School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have called the school on multiple occasions one for instance being my daughter's report card should have been 10% higher than what it was the addition was wrong on the report card the school is yet to call me back. I have had other issues and I'm still waiting from a phone call from may 2017. I'm guessing after five or six phone calls I won't be getting a return call back. Good job on handling issues Niagara Falls High School.Parent Review6y ago - Gaskill Preparatory School

"My neighborhood has gone downhill with each passing year. The convenience store on the corner attracts all different walks of life which isn't always safe. There is nothing in the community for the youth. "

"There aren't any, not really. Maybe visiting the falls in the summer time and seeing all the attractions and vendors but that's about it. "

"Public transportation is mediocre around here. Inconveinet and unreliable. As for driving it isn't bad. LaSalle expressway and parkway make commuting from LaSalle to downtown easy. Niagara falls Blvd , river raid and Grand island bridge all make it easy to commute to nearby cities for work."

"I lived in this neighborhood for 27 years. Look me these are divided by streets and blocks. Not many people get the noble their neighbors anymore which makes it difficult to improve the community. Even so there is a lot of good people in the city and town. Just distant and divided."
