"It’s underdeveloped but in a prime location. Juvenile hall is nearby which is sad. St. Edwards University is in the area and it’s pretty. A super HEB is coming!"

"You see the same faces nighty walking their dogs. If you go a little further down East side there's a park where dogs play. You're just over a mile from the Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike trail if you like to take your dog on runs."

"The people are very friendly...SoCo is a few blocks away with great restaurants & shopping. I've always felt safe walking around the neighborhood alone, even in the trails behind the houses. I did wish there was a bus stop closer for whenever I didn't want to drive."
