3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is an absolute joke. Some teachers are great, others either grade totally unfairly or give students an A regardless of whether or not they did any work. The halls are unbelievably overcrowded, a complete health risk, especially now. Now they’re barring students from going outside during their (already ridiculously short 25 minute) lunch period because three students were roughhousing, and according to my student doing football drills. Unless your student was already taking PE this term, they will not leave the building for the entire school day until at least the end of this year. Ridiculous.Parent Review3y ago - Timpview High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a heavy Latino school, where I rarely see the Administration. I feel my children are quite literally in prison, either locked inside or locked outside (at recess) the school. A parent must use a particular bathroom, get a visitor pass ALWAYS, and stand behind a rope line waiting for a small child. While I see the safety measures, I feel insecure and unsafe here. My child's fourth grade CAS teacher is GREAT! it is literally the ONLY thing they have going for them, as far as I'm concerned. A large percentage of the teachers here are NEW to the school this year. No retention or loyalty? It is a huge sacrifice to drop off and pick up my child for the CAS program. With buses canceled this Fall and with several students attending various grades at other local schools, it is a huge sacrifice to come here. Too much. I am pulling my student out and will homeschool or enroll in a local school (that is higher rated, knows me, and is warm and friendly).Other Review7y ago - Eschool@Provo School District
