There should be a section of the dog park where non-friendly dogs can be off leash. There is also not enough space for the dog owners to sit while their dog(s) play."

    "Life in Winters is like living in Mayberry. It's safe and friendly and no traffic, very low crime, good schools but not cheap. If you're cityfolk this is not the place for you. It's a slower type of life with town football games, little league, fish frys and pancakes breakfast."
