"This hill side area is nice and quiet. South Torrance is the safest area in South Bay. Only 3 miles from the beach that push out pollution and bring the clean and fresh air from the ocean. Walking distance to major stores, groceries, pharmacy, theater, and South Coast Botanical Garden "
