Santa Rosa is accessed by scenic highway 12 to the West and Sonoma to the East.
This spacious and comfortable one bedroom, one bath cottage has vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. The loft-like feel is open and inviting with numerous windows to welcome the outdoors in.
The cozy living room offers a comfortable double-sized sofa bed for two, a reading chair, and a wall-hung smart TV. The Dining area seats 4 comfortably. The newly added kitchen offers a small fridge, gas oven and range.
When you are ready to rest for the evening, the bedroom of the Llama Lodge has a comfortable queen-sized bed, is equipped with an ensuite bath, and has views of our resident llama family Knit, Pearl and baby Tink.
The newly built, private deck faces the llama pasture and has stunning sunset views over the hillside, perfect for your morning coffee or glass of wine at dusk.
Min 12 month lease

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI would like to first point out that the best way to learn about the school is to talk to the principal and take a tour. That being said, I'll still contribute my own review...My daughter is starting 8th grade, and we have been very pleased with Altimira. My daughter is a GATE student, and we've been impressed with the level of challenge provided by the advanced courses. Altimira offers an excellent choice of electives. The technology and yearbook classes fostered creativity and developed my daughter's computer skills way beyond what my husband and I could have done. There are also great horticulture and drama classes; in fact, my only complaint is that my daughter wishes she could squeeze more classes into her schedule because she is so interested in the offerings. The principal is very warm and funny and seems to know all the students well. The staff was very supportive to my daughter when we had a family tragedy last year. We haven't seen any signs of bullying, and she's made great friends. Any time you have 6 teachers per year, you're not going to love all of them, but we've been satisfied and/or impressed with the vast majority of the teachers here. "I work 45 minutes away. Usually I take Trinity road which is closer for me. If I go through Sonoma I tend to run in to traffic. All said and done though it’s not a bad commute. I always plan a little extra time when school is in session since I have to go by a couple of schools if I go through Sonoma. "
