6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOver the last 8 years I've had three children attend Sunnyside. The teachers, administrative staff, and leadership there contributed to a very memorable experience for my girls. Mr. Moore and Mrs. Rausch are exceptional and Mrs. Lisa in the office is very kind and efficient. The Principal, Mr. Boyd, is very fair and has no tolerance for bullying. Mr. Boyd and Mrs. Rausch will call parents just to say that kids are doing well or being good citizens and that's something we always really appreciated. Sunnyside has set high expectations for us as we're looking for new schools out of state. You won't regret enrolling your kiddos there :)Parent Review6y ago - East Middle School

"Easy and close to the highway and shopping and work. Small town feel with everything you could want. Not a lot of restaurants but local places aren’t bad. "

"it's nothing like Cali and 6 lane traffic. Our main route through town has 3 lanes most of the way through it. It takes maybe 1/2 hour to get from one side of town to the other if it isn't busy."

"We’ve lived in this neighborhood for a year now. The views are great. Most neighbors are very friendly, though some keep to themselves. The hills and lack of sidewalks make biking for little kids a challenge. There are plenty of dogs, bunnies, birds and lovely yards. "

"Parks and trail systems are great and provide doodoo bags for pet owners. Great dog park also! Sunnyside park has plenty of space to play with pets separate from children’s’ area. Most homes have fenced yards. "

"The neighborhood isn’t great. But it’s ok if you like downtown Great Falls. Other then that drugs are being ran all around here, people stumble around because they are drunk and the bars are closed all the time"

"It is a family-friendly neighborhood. Safe for kids and pets to walk around. Easy to get to downtown but is tucked away from traffic so it is quiet. Across the street is the Meadowlark Country Club for golf enthusiasts. They also have indoor and outdoor tennis, an outdoor pool, small gym and a great restaurant with a view of the Missouri River. CMRussel Art Auction every 3rd week of March happened here every year. Baseball field for little kids and a walking trail for dogs is a big plus at the end of our street. "
