"I have visited there a few times; it is awful..drugs..shootings; gangs....vandalism....It is very unsafe. I consider this area dangerous and it is even worse during the spring and summer..Unemployment is very high in this neighborhood"

"We moved into the Ninth Ward Neighborhood in 2009 and have been very happy. We found the area very convenient. Easy access to I-95 and 202. We can walk to a neighborhood park or a little longer walk and we are in beautiful Brandywine Park. We are within walking distance to our church and Salesianum High School. The neighbors are friendly. The homes are very nice. There is an active neighborhood association and the neighborhood is stable. Many long time homeowners in the neighborhood. "
