"It’s very close to the 60fwy (only about a 5 min drive with minimal traffic on the streets). The 60 freeway can be bad but there are many surface streets running parallel that can get you to places further down where traffic is lighter"

"There is a nice park.. great neighborhood for kids to play ... very quiet. Walking path to get exercise in. There is a HOA Lake area with a gym, community pool, basketball courts, lakes with live fish, club house ..events monthly for all family members, tennis courts, and kids play areas. "
