"My care gets broken into all the time. It’s probably all the foot traffic around. The down town area and state street. I do like the festivals around. It’s walking distance to city and county building "

"I’ve lived here for three years and this is a hot neighborhood in transition! Mostly young professionals/families and elderly couples who have lived here 50+ years. Tons of nice shops and restaurants popping up at 9th and 4th within walking distance. One of the affordable areas of Salt Lake City that is still safe and getting nicer- definitely going to increase in value. Downside: not everybody takes care of their lawns or exterior of home, mostly because these are homes owned by the elderly who are likely not able to. Eclectic and fun neighborhood in transition!"
