Description

This ultra-rare true 4-bedroom condo offers the finest in urban luxury living. The building was designed with a nod to the stately brownstones of Park Slope, and the handcrafted brick facade with its inlaid arched casement windows pay homage to the arched bridges in Prospect Park. This boutique building offers an unparalleled Brooklyn lifestyle, with an attended lobby, fitness center and yoga room, bike room, and shared rooftop with full outdoor kitchen and amazing Brooklyn and Manhattan skyline views.
The layout of unit 6A is at once gracious and functional. The front of the apartment has an open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as a bedroom with ensuite bath. The bedroom would make a perfect home office, den/library, or guest room. Western light streams in through magnificently tall arched windows, creating an amazing play of tones and shadows that is just breathtaking. The windows look out at the tapestry of Brooklyn - townhouses, new construction, church steeples, and glorious sky.
The back of the apartment features a stunning primary bedroom with an opulent ensuite bath, two walk-in closets, and a balcony that faces Park Slope. There are two more bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a deep soaking tub, and luxurious finishes. In the middle of the unit is a foyer that leads to the laundry area with washer and vented dryer, and a half bath.
No expense was spared with the finishes to ensure a lavish and polished feel. In the kitchen, custom Italian cabinetry made from rift-sawn white oak blends with countertops and backsplash of Breccia Classico honed matte finish marble and Frost White quartz stone. Kitchen appliances include: 2 Miele convection ovens, Miele 5-burner gas cooktop, Miele integrated dishwasher, Miele 36" double-door refrigerator, Fisher & Paykel ducted range hood, and a wine cooler to top it off. The master bath features the Breccia Classico marble slab shower floors, a 48" double long sink by Signature Plumbing, and Watermark fixtures. The secondary and half bathrooms are also very well-appointed, with Frost White shower floors, radiant floor heating, and gray porcelain flooring in a herringbone pattern. Throughout the unit is wide plank oak timber flooring that offers warmth and elegance.
The location is phenomenal - at the crossroads of Park Slope and Gowanus - with the subway is just down the street, Whole Foods close by, and you have fine and casual dining, as well as entertainment options in every direction.

"Please don’t bring more dogs to this neighborhood. We already have enough and owners already do a very poor job of either 1) picking up after them or 2) keeping them leashed. Saw a dog unlawfully unleashed in the park destroy a tree the other day. Continually have to ask owners to not let dogs defecate on our fenced sidewalk gardens. Just don’t. How hard is it? "
