"it doesn't fee crowded like some communities.There's a lot of green space, parks, trails and walkable. very close to 2 metro stations. Enough police presence to feel safe but not so much to be intimidated. "

"The area is safe and their are several activities and places for children to play. YMCA, the Boy's and Girl's club, THEARC are all available and they have a lot of programs free and paid. The charter schools are good, but it's hard to find good parents around. "
