"We have been here for two years now and have seen it continually changing for the better. Houses are being repaired and improved, there are more kids out playing in the neighborhood, neighbors are meeting each other and building relationships. Central is probably the best neighborhood in Tacoma if you want to be able to walk to downtown, get on any of the highways, walk to Sixth Avenue, own a beautiful pre-war home and be surrounded by a young and diverse community."

The area was not as good ten to fifteen years ago but has changed as young families have moved back, fun shops and restaurants have opened. The area has renewed itself."
