5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am in 7th grade at West McDowell Middle School and I would not want to go anywhere other than here. All the staff are very nice and know the answers to almost every single question. A special shout out to Mrs. Gowan a seventh-grade math teacher. She has been battling with sickness after sickness and still in her absence she can answer any questions a student has via email. The teachers are friendly and will help you with anything you could possibly need. "Everyone here is old fashioned and makes people feel welcome. Old Fort is full of elderly people simply because of how laid back it is. I’d Love to have a home here but so many people think the same as me is hard to come across one that’s appropriate for me. "
