"The noise of entitled inconsiderate neighbors, landscapers, traffic and flight patterns. Then there is the police who have decided it's not their responsibility to enforce town and county noise code. People who speed through school zones, make right on red where no turn sign is posted and drivers who cut down side streets through residential areas where children play to avoid traffic lights. "
